Wake up! – Compatibility Breakfast for HR Managers

The berufundfamilie Service GmbH starts together with LOB Magazine and famPLUS GmbH, a new event series for HR experts. Wake up! – The Compatibility Breakfast for HR Professionals is the title of the format that will be presented in at least four cities this year. The kick-off of the event series is on October 10, 2018, in Munich.

The title "Wake up!" serves as a call to action: HR professionals and those interested in work-life balance within companies and other employers are meant to be awakened in multiple ways.

‘Wake up!’ is moving to several cities in Germany – and thus approaching HR experts. The start of the respective event is usually at 8 a.m.; the duration is two hours, so that participants can proceed to their core activities afterwards. The dates set so far for 2018 are:

  • 10/10/2018    Munich
  • 16.10.2018    Stuttgart
  • November 13, 2018    Cologne
  • 27.11.2018    Leipzig

Wake up!" will open our eyes to highly relevant and pressing questions about balancing work, family, and private life. Energizers include a light breakfast and, above all, impulses for a sustainable family- and life-phase-conscious personnel policy.

This year's focus will be on the theme of Care The subtitle of the Wake up series is therefore Balancing Work and Care: Humanly Inevitable, Operationally Indispensable:
